The 2011 season is sadly coming to an end. It has been an amazing season of lobster fishing. Captain Dan fished 800 traps (the 100 best are selected for Crate to Plate™) on Penobscot Bay and the lobsters were abundant all season long. We also had the amazing opportunity to be the lobster supplier for Natalie’s Restaurant of the Camden Harbour Inn in Camden, Maine, who entered the Lobster Rumble in Manhattan and competed with 18 other restaurants from across the country. Natalie’s won best tasting lobster and finished overall just a few points under first. We were proud to be a part of this exciting event.
